What happens when a customer orders

Customer adds products to the cart on your store.

They enter their name, mobile and delivery address and review the order.

They tap “Send order on WhatsApp”. The order is saved with a reference like WOS-1024.

WhatsApp opens with the full order written out. The customer presses send.

You get the message (and an e-mail copy). Confirm in WhatsApp, then update the status in your dashboard.
Honest about what it does
