Yes. Every business gets its own store address, such as yourname.whatsapponline.shop, with your logo, banner, colours and contact details.

Customers add products to the cart, enter their name, phone number and delivery address, then tap “Send order on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp opens with the full order already written, and the customer presses send. The order is also saved so you can track it from your dashboard (Growth and Power Seller).

Yes. Every product has an enquiry button, and there is a WhatsApp button across your store. Each message includes the product name and link, so you know exactly what they are asking about.

Growth and Power Seller include an order dashboard. You can confirm orders, update their status (pending, processing, ready, delivered or cancelled) and message the customer on WhatsApp in one click.

Yes. You can change colours and fonts, edit the text, and turn sections on or off. Growth and Power Seller can also reorder sections. A live preview shows each change before you publish.

You keep all your products, categories, orders and settings. The new features, a higher product limit and any sections your old package did not include are switched on straight away.

Yes, whenever you like. Changing the template only changes the look. Your products, categories and orders stay the same, and you can undo the last template change.

No. Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp and you collect payment the way you already do: cash on delivery, UPI or a bank transfer. Online payments are not part of the current packages.

Each package lasts for a fixed number of days, shown on the pricing page. We will remind you before it ends so you can renew.
